Metbet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Metbet platform, including the website at metbet.run, all associated mobile interfaces, and any services offered through those channels. By accessing Metbet, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Metbet. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Metbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Metbet does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person – not a corporation, trust, or automated system.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into agreements or participating in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently hold another active Metbet account.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from Metbet or had an account terminated for policy violations.

Metbet may request identity verification at any point. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, Metbet reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To use Metbet, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. This includes a valid mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Metbet account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or different names – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Metbet will close the additional accounts, void any bonus winnings attached to those accounts, and may close the player's primary account at its discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information – including a false date of birth, a name that is not your own, or contact details that do not belong to you – is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Metbet account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Metbet will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat asking for your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Metbet support at support@metbet.run immediately.

3.4 Account Name

The name on your Metbet account must match the name on the Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank account you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays or declined payment requests.

4 Deposits & Payments

Metbet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment source that belongs to you and is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Metbet reserves the right to return any deposit made from a source that does not match your account details, and may charge a processing fee for such returns if the third-party payment was made in contravention of these Terms.

Metbet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on deposits at any time. This is standard practice across regulated gaming platforms and is designed to protect players from unauthorised use of their payment accounts.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Metbet PKR wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

5.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 60 minutes of approval for standard accounts; within 30 minutes for VIP Club members.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: same day.
• Bank IBFT: same business day for requests submitted before 3 PM PKT.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount on Metbet is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts. VIP Club members may have higher limits confirmed in their account settings.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

Metbet may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is typically requested for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC. Requests that cannot be verified will be held pending document submission.

5.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

If your account balance includes bonus funds, the wagering requirements associated with those bonuses must be met before the bonus-derived portion of your balance can be withdrawn. Deposit funds are always withdrawable subject to standard verification. Full bonus terms are set out in Section 6.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Metbet offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all Metbet promotions are as follows:

6.1 Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are typically available to new players only. Existing player promotions may require an opt-in. Players who have been identified as operating multiple accounts or who have previously abused bonus offers are not eligible for any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Metbet carry a wagering requirement. This is expressed as a multiplier – for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means Rs 5,000 in total bets must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion.

6.3 Game Contributions

Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically count 100% toward wagering requirements. Card game bets and Ludo game entries may count at a different rate depending on the promotion. The exact contribution rates are specified in each bonus offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account. Metbet will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Metbet, including cricket, football, and all other sports markets.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Metbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed after an event has started are accepted only where live in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the market can be determined; the bet was accepted at an obvious pricing error; or the event is deemed to have been affected by match-fixing.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Metbet offers live in-play betting on selected cricket matches, PSL fixtures, and international games. In-play bets are final once confirmed. Latency between live events and our platform means that the current state of play at the time you place a bet may differ slightly from the state at the time the bet is confirmed. Metbet's recorded match state at bet acceptance time is the determining factor.

7.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For cricket markets, the full match must be completed as scheduled for bets to stand, unless specific terms state otherwise (e.g., first innings bets). DLS-adjusted results are treated as official. Rain-affected matches that reach the minimum overs threshold for an official result will be settled on that result.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Metbet applies a maximum single-bet win limit of Rs 500,000 per day across all sports. Bets placed that would result in winnings exceeding this limit may be restricted or partially accepted at Metbet's discretion.

8 Card Games Rules

Metbet's card games section – including Teen Patti, Rummy, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, and Poker – is governed by the following rules in addition to the game-specific rules published within each game interface.

8.1 Game Fairness

Digital card games on Metbet use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure that all card deals are genuinely random and unpredictable. Live dealer games use real physical cards dealt by real dealers under video supervision. No game outcomes are predetermined or manipulated.

8.2 Disconnections

If a player disconnects from a card game in progress, they have a defined reconnection window (typically 60 seconds) to rejoin. If reconnection does not occur within that window, the hand or round will be resolved based on whatever position the player was in at the time of disconnection. Stakes contributed to that hand or round are not automatically returned on disconnection.

8.3 Multi-Tabling

Players may participate in multiple card game tables simultaneously unless a specific table or promotion restricts this. Metbet reserves the right to limit the number of simultaneous tables for any player.

8.4 Collusion

Collusion between players in any card game – sharing hand information, coordinating bets, or any other form of collaboration designed to gain an unfair advantage – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and voiding of all winnings.

9 Ludo Games Rules

All Ludo game modes on Metbet – Classic, Quick, Tournament, and Private Rooms – are subject to the following rules.

9.1 Entry Fees and Prize Distribution

Entry fees for each Ludo room are displayed clearly before joining. The prize distribution for each room type is also displayed before entry. Metbet takes a platform fee from the prize pool as disclosed in the room listing. The displayed prize amount is what the winner receives after the platform fee has been deducted.

9.2 Disconnection in Ludo

A player who disconnects during a Ludo match has 60 seconds to reconnect. Failure to reconnect results in that player forfeiting the match. The remaining player or the player with the most tokens in home position at the time of forfeiture wins the prize. Entry fees for forfeited matches are not refunded.

9.3 Tournament Rules

Weekend Ludo Tournaments operate on a bracket format. Match schedules are fixed. Players who fail to appear for a scheduled match within 5 minutes of the start time forfeit that match. Prize pools are distributed as described in the tournament listing. Metbet's decision on all tournament outcomes is final.

9.4 Private Rooms

Private Room hosts set the entry fee and share the room code with their invited players. Metbet is not responsible for disputes between private room participants regarding who was or was not invited. Entry fees paid into a Private Room are non-refundable once the game begins.

10 Esports Betting

Metbet offers betting markets on PUBG Mobile, CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends, and other esports titles. The following rules apply.

10.1 Event Coverage

Markets are offered on scheduled competitive esports events. Exhibition matches and unofficial scrimmage games are not covered. If a tournament match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed to a decisive result, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

10.2 Live In-Play Esports

Live in-play esports markets are available for selected tournaments. The same latency rules that apply to sports betting (Section 7.3) apply to esports live betting. Bets confirmed by the Metbet platform are final regardless of subsequent live match development visible to the player at the moment of bet placement.

10.3 Match Integrity

Any match found to have been fixed, manipulated, or played without competitive integrity may have all associated bets voided at Metbet's discretion. In such cases, stakes will be returned to players' accounts.

11 VIP Club

The Metbet VIP Club is a tiered loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to the following conditions.

• VIP tier progress is calculated based on PKR wagered across all Metbet products. The applicable wagering contributions per product are published on the VIP Club page.
• VIP benefits – including cashback, priority withdrawals, and exclusive tournament access – are applied automatically to eligible accounts at each tier level.
• Metbet reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or the programme structure with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP status cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted between accounts.
• Accounts closed for policy violations forfeit all accumulated VIP points and tier status with no entitlement to compensation.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Metbet and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players in card games or tournament events.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed pricing or software error will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a genuine deposit transaction after it has been credited to a Metbet account.
• Abusing bonus offers, including structuring deposits or bets specifically to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Any activity that Metbet has reasonable grounds to believe constitutes money laundering or other financial crime.

13 Account Closure

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Metbet account at any time by contacting support@metbet.run. Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

13.2 Metbet-Initiated Closure

Metbet reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of policy violations as described in Section 12. Where an account is closed due to a player-side policy violation, Metbet reserves the right to void winnings derived from the violation and return only verified deposit funds.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Metbet may apply a monthly inactivity fee to inactive account balances as disclosed in the account fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

14 Responsible Gaming

Metbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you'll receive a prompt to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from Metbet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate practical effect.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders showing your total session time and net wins or losses.

15 Limitation of Liability

Metbet provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Metbet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from:

• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside Metbet's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions.
• Any action taken by Metbet in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.
• Losses incurred through normal gaming activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Metbet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Metbet's negligence. In all other cases, Metbet's total liability to any player for any single incident is capped at the value of the player's verified PKR deposit balance at the time of the incident.

16 Privacy

Metbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Metbet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors for transaction verification, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

17 Changes to These Terms

Metbet may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Metbet will notify registered players via email or an in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Metbet after that 7-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. Previous versions of these Terms can be requested from support@metbet.run.
