Log in, go to the Cashier section, and select Deposit. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), follow the on-screen steps for your chosen method, and the funds land in your MetBet wallet almost immediately. Keep a screenshot of every transaction for your own records.

Go to Cashier > Withdraw, select the same method you used to deposit (this helps prevent fraud), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your bank or wallet provider. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may require a KYC check first, so make sure your documents are already verified to avoid delays.

Most deposits credit within seconds. If yours has not appeared after 10 minutes, first check that the transaction completed successfully on your Easypaisa/JazzCash app or bank statement. If money was debited from your source but not credited to MetBet, contact our support team with the transaction reference number and the exact amount in PKR. The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 across all sports and markets. There is no fixed maximum — higher limits apply to most popular cricket and football markets. Live betting lets you place wagers while a match is in progress. Odds change in real time based on the score, wickets, and match situation. To place an in-play bet, navigate to Sports Betting, select the live match, choose your market (e.g., Next Wicket, Over/Under runs), enter your stake in PKR, and confirm before the odds change. You can follow the score simultaneously on our Live Cricket Score page.

If a match is officially abandoned before the required number of overs are completed, all pre-match single bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your MetBet wallet in full. For accumulator bets containing an abandoned match, the abandoned leg is treated as a push and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds. Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) mean you need to bet a multiple of the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 10x requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 50,000 before any winnings from that bonus are released to your real-money balance. Only qualifying bets (usually at odds of 1.50 or higher) count towards the rollover.
